Two specialties of our bakery are the patented breads „Römerbrot“ and „Ziegelbrot“

At the Swissbakerytrophy 2006, the Römerbrot was awarded Bronze and in 2012, Silver.

At the Swissbakerytrophy 2006, the Ziegubrot was awarded silver.
