On 2nd March 1996, Markus and Nicole Hunziker opened a small bakery in Arch. In 2000, we built our new premises at Römerstrasse West 24. In 2001, we moved and opened the „Römer Café“ along with the new bakery.
Areas of activity
We are a bakery, patisserie, confectioners and café that focuses on quality and processes raw materials from the immediate vicinity. We are happy to accommodate customer requests or lovingly present our creations at your event.
Company philosophy
We spoil our customers daily, 363 days a year, until closing time with oven-fresh bread and are constantly working on new and innovative products. We strive to give our best so that our patented bread specialities, such as Römerbrot and Ziegelbrot, meet the high quality requirements.
